Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dream App Lab, LLC (we, us, our) handles information in connection with the Flarepad symptom-journaling application (the App or Service).

Information We Collect

Flarepad does not require an account and does not collect or transmit your health, symptom, or journal information to us or any third party. All such information you enter, including symptoms, severity ratings, medications, journal notes, and triggers, is stored exclusively on your device. The only information involving a third party is standard purchase validation: when you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes that transaction and RevenueCat validates your entitlement; we do not directly receive or store your payment card details. Device and diagnostic information may be collected automatically to operate and troubleshoot the App.

Health Data Never Leaves Your Device

Your symptom and health journal data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not receive, access, transmit, or store this information on any server, and we have no ability to view it. No analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind is included in the App.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your information is stored on your device and remains there until you delete it or delete the App. We do not separately retain your health information because we never receive it.

Your Rights and Choices

Because your information is stored locally, you control it directly through your device; deleting the App removes your locally stored data. Questions can be directed to lab@dreamapplab.com.

Children

Flarepad is not directed at children.

International Users

Flarepad is offered and intended for use only by residents of the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Last Updated date above when we do.
